“I would like thank the entire staff at the Slidell Store for outstanding customer service that I received recently. Let me start out by saying that I had an alarm problem with my outboard motor that I purchased used from a individual . I stopped by and spoke to Louis Houvenaeghel in service and explained my situation . Louis took it from their advising that they were swamped with service work but requested that I leave my boat and go grab some lunch while they inspected my motor. Two hours later they had totall tested my motor and found that I needed a new fuel – water separator . I have not seen coustomer service like this in a very long time especially since that I didn’t even purchase my boat from them. I can’t wait to get a new boat ( looking at the Blue Wave ) but when I do purchase rest assured it will from Boat Stuff . Thank you again Mike Crossen Charter Captain”
